Order processing

  • Ready-to-ship items: dispatch in [1–3] business days.

  • Made-to-order / custom: usually [5–14] business days (complex pieces may take longer—we’ll confirm by email).

Carriers & tracking

We ship with reputable carriers (e.g., UPS/DHL/Postal) via our logistics partners. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel leaves the studio.

Delivery estimates (business days)

  • Europe: [4–7]

  • North America: [3–12]

  • Middle East/Asia-Pacific: [5–12]

  • Rest of world: [7–20]
    Estimates exclude customs delays and force-majeure events.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country; these are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.

Address changes & delivery issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address; we’re not responsible for delays or loss due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.

  • Refused or unclaimed parcels: shipping both ways and any customs fees may be deducted from the refund (where applicable).

  • If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact the carrier and us within 48 hours so we can help investigate.
