Made-to-order / custom: usually [5–14] business days (complex pieces may take longer—we’ll confirm by email).
Carriers & tracking
We ship with reputable carriers (e.g., UPS/DHL/Postal) via our logistics partners. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel leaves the studio.

Estimates exclude customs delays and force-majeure events.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country; these are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare values.
Address changes & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address; we’re not responsible for delays or loss due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.

Refused or unclaimed parcels: shipping both ways and any customs fees may be deducted from the refund (where applicable).

If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact the carrier and us within 48 hours so we can help investigate.
