Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Standard returns

  • EU customers (distance sales): You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive non-custom items. You may inspect the product as in a store; keep it unused and in original condition/packaging. Your statutory rights and 2-year legal guarantee remain unaffected.

  • Non-EU customers: We accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Who pays return shipping? The buyer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • Refund timing: Within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return to the original payment method (transaction fees are not refundable where applicable).

2) Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom / personalized / made-to-order pieces, exclusive designs made specifically for you.

  • Earrings once their hygiene seal is broken.

  • Items worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original components (box, certificate, gifts).

3) How to start a return

  1. Email artfoxjewelry@gmail.com (Subject: Return + Order #), within the allowed time.

  2. Wait for our RMA instructions and return address.

  3. Pack securely; use tracked shipping. Keep the receipt until the refund is processed.

  4. If the item arrived damaged/defective, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.

4) Exchanges

Direct exchanges depend on stock. Otherwise, please return the item and place a new order.

5) Custom orders – cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering a custom piece. After design or production has started, cancellations and refunds aren’t possible unless required by law.

6) Care & maintenance (quick guide)

  • Store silver in an airtight pouch; keep pieces separate to avoid scratches.

  • Polish with a soft lint-free cloth; for deeper cleaning use mild silver cleaner or baking soda + warm water.

  • Remove jewelry before bathing/swimming; avoid perfumes, lotions, household chemicals.

  • Wearing silver regularly helps reduce oxidation; if tarnish appears, polish gently.
